New publication on money laundering

In issue 6 of the Zeitschrift für Wirtschaftsstrafrecht und Haftung im Unternehmen (ZWH 2023, 160 et seq.), a comment by Prof. Dr. Wittig has been published on the decision of the Regional Court of Koblenz of 21.11.2022, which ruled on criminal liability for money laundering pursuant to sec. 261 of the Criminal Code (StGB), old version, with regard to tax evasion committed abroad at the expense of a foreign tax authority.
