New publication: Die strafrechtliche Verantwortlichkeit des GmbH-Geschäftsführers

The 2nd edition of the handbook “Die strafrechtliche Verantwortung des GmbH-Geschäftsführers” has been published as the 28th volume in the series Praxis der Strafverteidigung.

As co-editor, Prof. Dr. Petra Wittig has written articles on criminal and regulatory offences in accounting law as well as on the withholding and embezzlement of wages and on the illegal placement, employment and transfer of employees.

Georg Köpferl has written the chapters on the criminal provisions under the GmbHG as well as on the general criminal offenses of fraud, subsidy fraud, investment fraud, insurance fraud, credit fraud, agreements restricting competition in tenders, economic corruption, criminal advertising and infringement of trade secrets.
