New publication: De-anonymization of political social media influencers as a problem of criminal law?
An article by Georg Köpferl, co-authored with Dr. Alessandro Giannini, has been published in the journal Neue Strafrechtswissenschaft (NSW 2026, 34-50), which deals with the question of whether the disclosure of the identity of anonymous social media influencers can be punishable as “endangering dissemination of personal data” under Section 126a Criminal Code.
