New edition of textbook on white-collar crime published

The textbook on white-collar crime, written by Prof. Dr. Petra Wittig, has now been published in its 6th edition. The new edition takes into account the new developments in legislation, literature as well as case law (e.g. in the law of asset recovery, fraud and breach of trust, capital market criminal law, labor criminal law and the violation of trade secrets) and brings the standard textbook on economic criminal law up to date.
