Contribution to the Central Office for the Enforcement of Sanctions’ right to inspect files in foreign trade criminal proceedings

The third issue of ZWH published an article by Professor Dr. Petra Wittig on the Central Office for the Enforcement of Sanctions’ right to inspect files in foreign trade criminal proceedings (ZWH 2025, 51-53). The article is also a discussion of the decision of the BayObLG of 1.7.2024 (203 VAs 236/24), which deals with the question of when a public body may exceptionally be granted full access to an investigation file by the public prosecutor’s office in foreign trade criminal proceedings instead of mere information on individual questions.
