Contribution to international data (economic) criminal law

The anthology “Daten(wirtschafts)völkerstrafrecht”, edited by Prof. Dr. Julia Geneuss and PD Dr. Andreas Werkmeister, has been published as the 78th volume of Schriften zum Internationalen und Europäischen Strafrecht by Nomos Verlag.

Prof. Dr. Petra Wittig contributed to this with a commentary from the perspective of commercial criminal law in her article “Do we need a data (commercial) international criminal law to combat the abuse of economic data power?”.
